Can I Track my Shipment?

Yes, a Tracking Number will be emailed to you after your Items have Shipped

Can I Cancel my Order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to Cancel the Order.

Shipping & Delivery

Are there any Delivery Charges for my Order?

Ground Shipping is FREE for orders over $500 that are placed and shipped within the continental United States.

Does someone need to Sign for the Delivery?

Please be advised, all deliveries require a signature by someone over the age of 18 yrs at the address provided by the client that the items will be shipped to.

What Carriers do you use to Ship?

Our products ship via FED-Ex or UPS Ground. They are insured and a signature will be required for delivery. A tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been shipped.

What if my package is Delivered Damaged or with Missing Items?

In the event that a package delivered to you arrives opened or damaged, it is the recipient and or clients responsibility to refuse the shipment and call us immediately at (954)774-5003.

Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted to Sabii Jewelry within twenty four (24) hours of receipt of your order and the company will work to fix or replace the Jewelry.

Is my Fine Jewelry Insured when it is Shipped?

Sabii Jewelry and Sabii Sport Jewelry are responsible for orders until the package is delivered to the customer. 

If the package goes lost or missing, Sabii Jewelry / Sabii Sports Jewelry may choose to open an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party.

Please contact a Client Care Expert (954-774-5003)  if your order details indicate the package has been delivered but nothing was received.

What is your Return Policy?

We want to make sure you love what you buy! We offer free returns for 30 days on all eligible items and free exchanges for 90 days.

Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to provide you detailed guidance on the process of canceling a contract, returning a purchase, and obtaining a refund or exchange. By providing clear details on your options and your rights in relation to obtaining a refund or exchange.

How can I Start a Return?

Should you feel the need to return your item please contact a Customer Care Representative (954)-774-5003.

Please have your order number with you at the time of your call. A representative will provide you with a prepaid return label.

What Condition do I need to Return my Merchandise?

Follow the merchant's instructions when returning products. They should be in a new and unused state, with all protective materials, tags, and stickers intact. Additionally, include the original Sabii Jewelry box, delivery package, all accessories, and documents. Take note that adjusted watch bracelets should have the same number of links as in the original package. Returns may not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear, use, or alteration. Refund or exchange amount may be reduced accordingly.

If you have received complimentary items along with your purchase, please ensure that they are included in the return package.

To guarantee that returned products meet our requirements, we conduct thorough Quality Control (QC) checks. In case a product fails to meet our QC standards, we will refuse the return and send the products back to you. However, if the returned product meets QC criteria, we will proceed with the necessary refund or exchange. In the event of non-adherence to these Conditions of Sale, we retain the right to refuse the returned product and arrange for its return to you, at your own expense.

What are your Conditions of Sale Policy?

We reserve the right to revise these Conditions of Sale periodically. It is recommended to check back regularly for updates. The latest version of these Conditions of Sale will always be available on the Platforms. Any new version of these Conditions of Sale will be effective immediately upon posting and will govern any orders placed after that date.
Changes made to the Conditions of Sale after you have placed an order will not affect that specific order or your relationship with us, except as required by law.

What is the Warranty for my Fine Jewelry Purchase?

Your jewelry items will be shipped with a Warranty Card. There is no need to register your card. Sabii Jewelry, LLC. and Sabii Sports Jewelry, LLC. warranties our manufacturing and craftsmanship on your Custom Jewelry piece for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date. (Please read our Terms and Conditions)

Will I need my Warranty Card for Repair or Replacement?

Yes, please keep your Warranty Card in a safe place, it may be required for future service or repairs.
